ARE FLOATING STAIRS MORE EXPENSIVE?
A basic model of a floating stair may be relatively inexpensive, but as you add to the project it will add to the total project cost. The higher your floor-to-floor height, the more expensive your floating stair will be because you will need more materials to achieve a higher elevation.
ARE FLOATING STAIRS SAFE?
Yes, floating stairs are as safe, if not more safe than traditional l stairs. In the process of engineering and designing, we follow local building codes to meet every requirement. After testing our treads(steps), we found that each of them is able to resist a concentrated load of more than 1,200 lbs.
DO FLOATING STAIRS INCREASE THE HOUSE VALUE?
Floating stairs(and glass railings) increase the home value. The visual effect of this type of stairs is fantastic, it is a piece of art inside the house beautifully done. Not only that, but normal staircases take up a huge amount of space. Floating stairs occupy less space, and most of the time increase the square footage of the house.
ARE GLASS RAILING SAFE?
You can trust more in glass railings more than traditional railings of wood and metal. Our modern railings were designed to be superior in beauty and in their practical function.
